Can I ship to an international address?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to international addresses outside the United States.

How long does it take for Kitchendao to process the refund?
Once your return is received, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Kitchendao does offer expedited shipping. If your order qualifies for expedited shipping, those delivery options will be available for you to choose during checkout.
