Is my personal information safe?

We do not share customer information with any 3rd parties. The only information we use is your email address and shipping address to ship your order and contact you if necessary. Payment information is never stored on our website.

Can I ship to an international address?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to international addresses outside the United  States. 

Why the payment failed?

1.Try cleaning the cookies, using another browser like google chrome.

2.Change with another devices (cell phone, computer or pad) to see if it works.

3.Please also contact the bank for consulting if they accepts international charges.

4.If that doesn’t help, for any further questions, please provide us with a screenshot for it, the exact time, what devices and browser you use.

What are  the payment options?

We accept the paypal, credit card, debit card ,etc. On the payment screen, there should be photos for VISA, MasterCard, ETC. You can click any cards to enter the check out page and fill the information of the card you want to use.

Why my order still shows awaiting payment/canceled but the money was taken from my account?

We completely apologize if you are experiencing this issue. Please send us a website live chat request or email customer-service@kitchendao.com with the PayPal transaction ID. We will make sure that the issue is corrected.

Can I change items after placing an order?

Thank you so much for placing an order! Unfortunately, we are unable to add or exchange items If you have paid successfully. You can contact customer-service@kitchendao.com or our live chat on kitchendao.com to assist you. If the package have not been delivered, we can cancel the order for you, and your money will be returned to your payment account; If the package have been delivered, we will help you return it,simply follow the instructions in the Refund Policy section.Generally shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Afterwards, you can reorder your items from our website.

What is the order cancellation policy?

How is your return policy?

If your item has any defect as the result of the materials or workmanship,please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we will send you another one for free.

For any reason other than product defects,orders can be returned for any reason within 90 days from the date the order was received. Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn and in the original packaging,and does not affect secondary sales. Once you apply for a refund or replacement, we will send you a return label to return the item to us, you need to pay for the shipping cost. Free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item when being fully refunded.

How long does it take  for Kitchendao to process the refund?

Once your return is received, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements. For your replacement, we will re-send a new item to you as soon as possible (within two weeks.)

Why didn't I receive the order confirmation email?

Once the order was placed successfully. Our website will automatically send out the confirmation email to address specified in the order. Please make sure your email address is correct and check you spam/junk folder to see if it is there. Where does the order ship from?
We have warehouses in China and the United States, according to the actual storage situation of the warehouse to choose the delivery place.

What should I do if the shipment still pre-shipment for several days?

Can I expedited shipping?

Kitchendao does offer expedited shipping.  If your order qualifies for expedited shipping, those delivery options will be available for you to choose during checkout. Expediting shipping does not expedite the handling of your order but we do take care to ship orders as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped via your chosen shipping method once we have the package ready. 

How to track the status of my order?

Please make sure your email address and order number are correct. You can track the shipment through ”Track Your Order” at the bottom of the kitchendao.com.

How is the Logistics policy?

Free shipping:when orders over $50 or more after any discount codes and Coupons/Reward Dollars have been applied. 

We will deliver your packge within 2 business days.

Different options have different shipping speeds:

Standard 3-5 business days shipping

Expedited 2 business day shipping

Priority next business day shipping

The standard Deliver Time is estimated at 7 business days. Our logistic statistics show that 95% of packages can arrive within 7 business days, only a very small part of the order is delayed due to some uncontrollable factors. Such as address errors, extreme weather, customs inspections and so on.

Tracking information is provided & will be emailed once items have been shipped. Sometimes our system data doesn't update in time, which may cause your order status to say"awaiting fulfillment".
